Ogwashi uku maternity centre
Building ConstructionThis project involves the construction of a new hospital in ogwashi uku, designed to improve maternal and child healthcare through the provision of modern infrastructure, and a conducive healing environment, inclusive installation of escalators, elevators parking lots and lounge th negative air pressure systems and dedicated staff access.
Building Construction
The 5-floor Paediatrics HospitalThe 5-floor development is a 130-bed specialist facility dedicated to paediatrics. Construction of the New Massey’s Children Hospital started in Q1:2021 and is slated for completion in Q4:2026. Upon completion, the hospital will be the largest children's hospital in Sub-Saharan Africa. the hospital will provide patient-centred treatment to both inpatients and outpatients and reduce baby and mother mortality when completed. This development will join other healthcare developments in Lagos Island include: CBN Hospital, Saint Nicholas Hospital, Lagos Island Maternity Hospital.
A Modern 240-Unit Development for Medium-Income Families
The estate comprises 20 blocks of flats, 240 housing units on two adjacent locations. The flats provide 80 units each of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom for medium income families, while the initial phase consists of 300 units The estate, which was originally called Sogunro Re-housing Estate, was upon completion renamed as Chief Anthony Enahoro Housing Estate.

The Ojota-Opebi Link Bridges & Approach RoadsThe Ojota-Opebi Link Bridges & Approach Roads Project is a vital infrastructure development initiative spearheaded by the Lagos State Government to address traffic congestion and enhance connectivity within the Ojota-Opebi Corridor of Lagos, Nigeria. Lagos, being Africa’s largest megacity, faces significant challenges in managing its transportation networks due to its burgeoning population and robust economic activity. Therefore, the project aims to optimise mobility, streamline traffic flow, and bolster overall transportation efficiency in the region.
